  Is it odd that it asks for your country and not your state? Don’t some International addresses ask for states also? Or maybe mine just didn’t load properly.

  Has anyone received their email with the link clicked to confirm the sample? it has been 2 hours and I am still waiting for the email. It didn’t show the “State” option for me, too.
