My husband said he just got it. He never received the gift card though from the last time we had one of these and were supposed to get a restuarant gift card in the mail for doing it.

i qualified & finished the survey too… but I’m not holding my breath. I signed up for one of these surveys before for a fitness ball and I never received it.. even after the co contacted me for address verification!
