Be aware that Tanga’s free shipping may take over a month. I ordered items 12/14/12 and just received them 1/16/13. I emailed several times with their customer service and they were never able to give me a timeframe in which I could expect to receive the items. Then when I tried to cancel the order, they said I just had to wait for the package and refuse to accept it at the door. The items I ordered were decent but their extraordinarily long shipping time and poor customer service would prevent me from ever ordering from them again. Just wanted to make everyone aware!

I completely agree with the terrible customer service. I ordred a kindle cover a few months back and it took over a month. I too emailed CS and they never send anything back. I did get several auto responses but not one response. They hype up their CS on their site, but I was def. not impressed. I must say the product was good once it did finally arrive.
