I, personally, was not happy with the quality of markers in this line (and my kids flat out refuse to use them, even when they are the only ones available in the bucket – they will just avoid the white board.) I love crayola, but these markers are light and bead up funny on white boards. It might be part of the tradeoff on using washable dry erase markers; we have used Expo washables, though, without the same issue. It might be worth it for the flash cards and the book – but I thought I would share my experience with those of you using these as gifts. (Sorry to be negative!)

I have the same problem with the markers. They do not work well at all on our dry erase boards.

I think the dry erase markers are made specifically for the Crayola books, not for dry erase boards. My kids love the dry erase crayons and books.
