Make sure to buy a kevlar glove with this!!! They are pretty cheap ($5-$10) and much less expensive than a trip to the ER. My mother-in-law learned the hard way.
They are SOOOOOOO sharp and happens so quickly.

Aw man this is a product I have been watching on Amazon =( I saw an in store demo of one of these at Kroger last week but didn’t want to pay $29.99 for the TV brand but fell in love with what these do.

Husband nearly lost his thumb using one of these: Rules of “Thumb:” 1. Use the guard or protective gloves specifically for working with knives etc. at ALL TIMES and 2. BE EXTRA CAREFUL!! lol
