The manufacturer’s coupon says it can’t be combined w/ any other coupon – does that mean the Target coupon too?

Hopefully someone can help me out as I’m new to stacking coupons and Target’s rules. I have 2 coupons for $3 off a jumbo pack of snug and dry huggies. Can I then buy wipes and use the $2 off manufacturer coupon off diapers and wipes, along with the Target $2 off diapers and wipes? Both of the manufacturer coupons say cannot be combined with other coupons. Does that apply here?
Sorry meant to say I would be using one $3 off coupon for the snug and dry, then grab a thing of wipes and also use the $2 off diapers and wipes and then stack the $2 off diapers and wipes Target coupon.
No, you would use either the $3(diapers) off or the $2 off (diapers and wipes) with the Target coupon. If you have a manufacturer coupon for just wipes, you could use it with the Target coupon and the $3 diaper coupon for the best deal. You would be “double dipping” to use two manufacturer coupons for the diapers. Hope that helps.
