Wow! If you are signed up for JCPenney emails, you may have received a $5 off a $5 or more purchase code to use online at JCPenney.com or in-store through 3/10! This has nothing to do with jcpennys but if you have and iPhone and already have the bath and body works app downloaded (and it may work if you download now too) there is a mystery reward for a free signature collection item up to $12. All my friend had them. And no purchase necessary.

First, I wanted to say that I love the revamped stores. They look fantastic and it is enjoyable to shop at. I had good luck finding nice toys on sale.
OK now… the clothes aren’t the best quality. After a few wears, a few of my sweaters have pilled, faded, stretched.
Don’t feel bad, I have not gotten one good email coupon from them either and about to unsubscribe.
I’ve done 2 ship-to-store orders with the coupon codes that Collin has posted in the past. For both orders they never emailed to confirm that my items were ready to pick up. I waited several weeks and then thought, wait a minute I ordered something from JCP a few wks ago lol! So, twice I had to call and see if my items were ready. The first one was ready 2 wks after I ordered – no biggy. I was slightly annoyed, but happy with my items. On the second order nearly a month had gone by and when I called they said they didn’t have my order in the computer! She had to transfer me to a manager who couldn’t find it either. She was nice and took my number. Later she found out my item was discontinued….. Nice that they informed me of this via email, right?
Anyway– very frustrated w/ their free ship-to-store. Will probably shop in store some time when Collin posts a good deal, but I don’t really go out of my way to peruse JCP ever.

Looks like I’m not the only one didn’t get this email (I triple checked all over my email account & I got all of their advertising emails but never received any coupon from them since signed up about a month ago. Our JCPenny here is renovating & we scored 2 pairs of Puma athletic shoes marked down to $20/ea. – $5 coupon from here, it’ll only be $16-ish total, I’m so happy! =)

NOTE: Try it on your own risk! Though I was able to print out the $5 coupon fine from this website last night, but it doesn’t work when the cashier tried to scan it (she said the coupon is missing serial numbers below the bar code – so she can’t manually input the coupon either) today in store. I was lucky that she called the manager & manually changed the sale price for $5 less – as I bought the stuff w/o coupon yesterday & brought it back to return & repurchase w/coupon today.
