Yup! Just make sure your total is over $10 after codes and gift cards or else you’ll only get one card instead of 2 (i called VS to double check).
Argh, I web chatted a representative and she told me that your merchandise total must be min $10. but your total after gift cards does not matter since it is a form of payment. I took a screen shot of our convo incase I do not get a secret reward card….

Darn it! I don’t want to risk no getting the reward card so I added an $8.50 panty. My total before the $15 giftcard was $20. So my total before I added the panty was only $5.xx. I did thought the $15 reward giftcard should be considered a way of payment!
I wish they all said the same thing! I chatted with another representative to double check that what the first rep said was true, and she said only the subtotal has to be above $10. Thanks but every time I have tried one of these deals, it has been messed up by VS in the end. Think I’ll pass. Might want to read the comments on the last similar deal they offered for 2 bras plus $15 GC and 1 secret reward card. Many of us ended up not getting the $15 GC as the “ran out” in the middle of the promotion. Same thing happened to me on a prior similar deal too, I got only 1 $10 secret card instead of 2. Customer service said they would email me one but didn’t, then after much more haggling, they finally emailed me a second $10 secret card. It wasn’t worth the grief for me either time.
I have had the same experience as Sandra. Last time I did a double card order they “forgot” to put the second card in the package, then they would not mail me one.. it took over 3 weeks to finally get the email card and there was only a day left to use it.. I never got a change.. Very unprofessional .. I had to call them 2 times just to finally get the email version..

I did the last deal and both the bras I ordered were on back order. They shipped my free underwear, the $15 gc, and the secret rewards card first. Then the two bras shipped a day apart — a couple of days later. They both got delivered today and in each package was another secret rewards card. So I ended up getting the 2 bras, $15 gc, and 3 secret rewards cards for $25.99. Great deal. So things being on back order really worked for me this time.

Nope, you can only use one per transaction.
Last time (back in December), you couldn’t redeem more than one secret rewards card per order.. but that was online. You might be able to use multiple cards at the stores on a single purchase.
I don’t think you can online, but I was able to when I went to the store; my cashier offered to combine them. I think it just depends how strict the cashier is on the fine print.
Last time I took them to the store and they used one for each item I purchased in the same transaction. (I had 3 cards and 3 items.) Previous times I had to ring up each item separately for each card. It seems to very each time they offer the cards. Online I have only ever been able to use one at a time.
yes, they can be combined just like gift cards but they do expire. Does any one know if you buy one of the things in the self tanner and bronzer section if you will get the 2 secret rewards cards?
The promo code will only work if a swimsuit item is in your cart. I tried with the bronzer and hairspray and it wouldn’t work :/
Has anybody had problems with returning items with promos? I bought the 2 bras last week, received the $15 gift card, free panty, and Secret reward. I needed to exchange them for different sizes, so I took them into the store today and the lady told me that it wouldn’t be a problem if I just returned those and bought the right size in store – that they wouldn’t deduct the promos items from my return. But now I’m worried. Has anybody ever done this before? They will just see a return and not the fact that I bought the same items again…
I would do an exchange instead of a return. You don’t want to risk having them deactivate the card! Since you’re just changing sizes, I don’t see why you’d have to do a return?
Well that’s what I wanted to do – but the lady at the store said they don’t do exchanges in store! So I was kind of stuck!
I’m disappointed to hear this. I hadn’t tried returning mine yet but planned to this week. I didn’t get the GC so I have no worries about it being deactivated. That’s why I don’t want the items. No gift card = no deal for me. If we return using their preprinted label, so they pick up the postage cost, or do we have to pay it?
I thought if you returned it by mail, they deducted the return postage from your credit, which is why I thought the store would be a good option – and I just wanted to exchange. I already used the gift card, but if they subtract that amount and the $8.50 for the “free” panties, then I will essentially not be getting any money back – and I def would not have paid for those panties. The reason I don’t know the amount credited back to my card is because they accept the items in the store and then send them to their processing facility? The return slip she gave me said “2 items” – no amounts or anything. Apparently the credit should appear on my card in 7-10 days.
wow that really stinks. I am guessing if you returned in the store, they won’t charge you “return shipping”. Hopefully they won’t charge you a “processing” or “restock” fee either. I’m glad you shared this, I’ll be sure and return my “free panties” along with my bras. Sad thing is I got two bras that I could really have used that cost $50, not just the “free” bandeaus. But they didn’t send me a GC as they “ran out” after I placed my order but before they changed their website. So they lost my sale.
I returned instoret. Didnt get charged a restocking fee and they didnt ask for the reward cards back. However had to wait about 10 days to get my cc refunded

I ordered something at Christmas and it came with the bonus rewards card and a free scarf. The sweater was too big and I returned it in the store so I wouldn’t have to pay return shipping. I had a full credit on my next VS card statement. I didn’t have to return the scarf.
I’ve returned items before and never lost my freebies. I’ve been able to keep reward cards, free panties, and lip gloss sets. I wouldn’t make a habit out of it or the policy will probably change. But, if you need to return the policy is definitely on the side of the customer!
I wanted to know as well… I bought 2 of the lacey bralettes last week and they really cut into my back at the top! They fit fine but i guess the way the strap is, it would dig into anyone wearing it, thin or not. Im not going to return the one i already wore but i would like to return/exchange the other one.

Just go for the bikini. After 9 stomach surgeries a baby and a extra 20 pounds. I went and got my first 1 piece after probably 20 years. My husband came home the next day with a bikini. Said to just enjoy and I look better in the bikini. Even with all the changes to the stomach area over the years.
right? i just had a baby and didn’t feel comfortable with my already not stick figure body, but now definitely no way to a bikini or the expensive prices of the one piece
Honestly, don’t let your scars deter you from wearing a bikini! There’s plenty of people that I’ve seen in bikinis that don’t have the VS model body and so on… It’s all about how you feel in one! If you love a certain bikini, go for it. Who cares what others think? It’s your body and your thoughts matter more than theirs. 🙂

Ugh, just want to do a mini-rant. I went to VS today knowing that there was the $5 seamless underwear on sale and right when I went to check out, the cashier said that they’re not on sale (or rather, it was a 1-day offer, which it wasn’t based on the email) and I had to show her the email for her to apply the discount. Having a line behind me and not having a printout, I left empty handed (minus getting a free panty from the mailer coupon). 🙁 I didn’t want to cause chaos and a wait for everyone behind me, otherwise I would’ve called the manager to confirm it with the cashier. Oh well, I plan on going back again tomorrow (with my printout!) and hopefully I’ll be able to redeem it!
None of the colors I like are in stock for my size 🙁

I got hooked into purchasing something from VS after the 2 free gift cards, but when the package came, only one card.. after 3 times on the phone w/ VS I finally got them to say they’d email me another one, but it took 2 or 3 weeks to get it via email, then there was a day left of the promotion.. didn’t get to use it..

Each secret reward card is guaranteed to be worth atleast $10. You don’t know the exact value of your card until it goes “active” on April 1st. When it becomes active, you can check online or check in stores.

You cannot use the BRASHIP code for free shipping AND the SP1334885 code for $10 of and free panty..They dont work together 🙁 I tried last night and even called customer service, they cannot be used together
