  According to shoprunner.com it is, but I can’t find any option to use it on the Claire’s website 🙁

  Probably because not all their items are Shop Runner eligible. I learned that the hard way.

  I was logged into shoprunner already and when I got to the verification page it showed I was getting free 2 day shipping with shop runner.

    I am super late on this, but I snagged up some fantastic Easter leftovers today at Claire’s (instore). I found the Gem tulip necklace above, a Hello Kitty Beanie baby with the cutest bunny ears, and 3 pairs of sensitive ears earrings for my toddler. The greatest part was everything was $1!! Yes, all Easter stuff priced originally $10 and up was an extra 50% off and everything originally priced below $10 was $1! 🙂
