yay! this is the only brand of a granola-type cereal my wheat and soy allergic 4 yr old can have(that’s readily available) and she begs for raisin bran (so we add raisins).
thanks!
which type is gluten free?
I missed out on this when it was this price a few months ago, glad to see its back!
i don’t get it. if the price is $4.99 how is that a good price if you have to buy 4? am i missing something?
It’s on sale for $1.99 and you can print a $1 coupon.
it’s regularly $4.99 – it will be on sale for $1.99! yum!
They will be on sale for $1.99 then the coupon will taking $1 off making them 99 cents ๐
So is it 0.50 cents each after coupons and reward points????
Im new to walgreens shopping. What are these reward points and what do I get to use the 2,000 points for?
The reward points are added to ur Balance Rewards card that you sign up for free at the register. And you can use them on anything with a few usual exceptions.
Of all the drugstores, Walgreens , to me, is the most complicated. In order to “cash out” you have to have 5000 points banked, which = a $5 reward you can use on a purchase of $5 or more. The only downside is that you can’t earn rewards when you use the $5.
And, don’t use the reward on a total less than $5. If you use it on a total of $3, for example, it will wipe out the full $5. The same with a $10 reward. I’ve given up on buying things there based on the reward. If I get one, fine.
I’m not normally a Walgreens shopper, but might for this deal and the free photos. I just have one computer, so I can only print 2 coupons. If I don’t care about the points, can I still buy 2 at the $1.99 price and use my 2 coupons?
Can you use 4 coupons in one transaction?
Yes you can use 2 coupons and purchase just 2 boxes. I don’t consider the points either when I shop there. If I happen to reach 5000 points then I will redeem on my next purchase of 5.00 or more.
Anyone else having a problem viewing the coupon on their fb page?
Great! got my 4. I hope there are several kinds to choose from ๐
Its already out of prints! Thanks anyway
no it’s not. I just printed coupons from 2 different computers.
Hi Kim! It is still working for me. You may want to try a different browser. I hope that helps! ๐
Can I buy 8 boxes in one transaction and get 4000 points or do I have to split it up into 2? Thanks!
Two transactions and on two different days according to our Walgreen manager.
I know two different days is not right.
you do not have to split it up, if you buy 8 boxes in one transaction you will get them all four the sale price and you will get 4000 points. I’m an employee, there is no need to split up balance rewards points offers. register rewards for the same item, yes those need to be split.
Thanks!
Katee, I bet you’re a great employee at Walgreens. But my experience in using coupons at Walgreens is always a hassle. Even though I follow the rules in redeeming them, always need a manager to come over to fix the glitch. Not until Walgreens becomes more couponers friendly, I’m not going. Hope they will know that one day.
I found a 1/2 peelie on these boxes at the grocery store, 2 IPs and one of these will make it a good deal when you only have one computer!
Just wondering about the bonus points. I didn’t receive them. I tried entering the receipt online, and it said that I already got credit – which I did not. Is it because I redeemed 5000 points? Can you not redeem and earn in the same transaction? Thanks!
Nope, that happened to me too (not with this, but another time). It states that on their policy for balance rewards. Bummer, huh?
