  I had the same problem on my tablet. When I went to enter my name, it would start to load again. Switched to the desktop and it worked fine.

  I have Windows 8, too, and I have to use IE, not Firefox. I don’t know about you, but Windows 8 has been quite a headache for me! Try IE — it worked for me.
