   When I hit SUBMIT, it just spins then stays on the same page. Any tips on what I’m doing wrong? Thanks 🙂

  Mine did that and then I looked again and I think it went through because it went to another page.

  I am having the same issue. I can’t tell if my sample is on the way or not since it just spins and then takes me back to the page where I request the sample.

  I thought it wasn’t working, but when I tried to submit the info a second time, I got a message that said “Oops! You’ve already ordered.” So, I guess it did go through.

   I’m registered to host one of the Redbook parties and they sent me a sample of this. It is spf 30 and more of a face primer not a moisturizer. So far, I like it!

   I had to do it in IE. After hitting submit in IE took me to a product page. After the product page loaded, there was a small pop-up box in the top right corner that said my sample would be in my mailbox in 6-8 weeks.

    I was caught in that vicious loop of clicking the “submit” and “get your free sample” buttons over and over. At one point, after clicking the “get your free sample” button, it told me they’ve already received my request. We’ll see.

    it was acting a little weird but i think i got it. After clicking a coupe times it said we didnt forget about you and you already submitted a request.

    After a few tries, I caught a quick blur in the upper left corner saying I had already requested it and it was on its way. (Pun intended!) Hope it works miracles.

    Thanks, Collin. I was entering the sweepstakes earlier and didn’t notice this offer. I hit submit, but it didn’t seem to take the request, but when I did it again, it said I had already submitted a request for a sample.
