   It doesn’t work if you check grey is your problem. It does work if you check flat.

  You can start over to do the survey again and follow Seana to choose flat problem. I try the second time and I got the sample. Good luck

   Does anyone know if JF has a travel size gel and where I could find it? I keep finding mousse and hairspray but I want a gel for my little guy that I can keep in my purse.
