I downloaded the My Coke Rewards app, and it asked me to Register. It asked my birthdate and if I was a US citizen (which I am), and then it told me I wasn’t eligible to register. And it wouldn’t let me try again. What gives?

From my experience, they say that every year. I figure if the caps still have codes on them, then they will still be doing it. When we see the codes disappear off the caps, THEN I would say it’s coming to an end, IMO.
It keeps telling me “MCR is unavailable please try again later.”.
