I got the email but it says $4 for a Lawn and Garden purchase. I think mine have always been before for anything in the store. Anyone know of in expensive Lawn and Garden items?
You can use it on anything, not just the lawn & garden dept!
I’ve gotten some of the department-specific ones before and they do have to be used for those products or they don’t trigger. Maybe a planter?

Seems like they come weekly now. Download the app to your phone and you can check every few days. Received 3000 on 5/1 and another 3000 today.

I had 4000 points expiring yesterday to I went to browse. I found a couple of green tag items in the kids dept that scanned for 1.00! I got another 4000 points awarded to me today, but they must be used in the lawn and garden dept. BOO!

I got $100 in points for a $1,000 outdoor living purchase… Wow, I think I got the worst one of anyone….
have used the $4 one to buy vaccuum bags. makes my total 1.99 for 3 bags for my Kenmore vaccuum cleaner. Have also used them for clearance kid/toddler clothes in the past. Those ended up free 🙂

Usually I just delete the email, but this time I should try and use it.
Just go to store ,make some purchase..the system will automatically take the points.it worked for me
Every Thursday like clockwork, an email arrives giving either $4 or $5 off any Sears purchase. The secret to keep them coming, is to REDEEM each one either in store or online before expiration. I simply spend the amount given or a few pennies over. Here are my scenarios from the past two weeks–
Week 1–$4 in free Sears points used in store:
$1.99 Mens Hoodie ($60 reg. Price on clearance)
$1.99 Mens Dress Shirt long sleeved
Paid $0
Note that CA sales tax was taken care of
Week 2–$4 in free Sears points used in store:
$1.99 Eddie Bauer Pocket Knife gift set clearance
$1.99 Mens Hoodie clearance
Paid $0
CA sales tax taken care of

My account says, “Free $4 in points to use on your Sears Footwear purchase of $25 or more.” So I’m assuming everyone has different deals and that mine is not so sweet?
My email said I got $4 for home and garden, but I bought a cute sweater instead and it worked fine. 🙂
