I ordered yesterday morning before the price dropped and emailed Kohls last night and they said they would do a price adjustment for me! I was happy to save more!! Great deal!
I ordered on the 5th and I’m 3 days past the 14 day adjustment period. 🙁

I received the price adjustment even though I ordered one the 5th. The cs agent told me I just made it. Maybe he went by delivery date?
I ordered on the 5th and was still able to call for a price adjustment!! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to because it’s been longer than the 14 days but it was no problem, the cs was super nice.
How would it work if I already used the Kohls cash from the earlier sale? Would they still price adjust it for me. Do I need to have a Kohls charge for it to be adjusted?
When they issue you the refund, they will adjust for the kohls cash. I would say return it and repurchase it.

You can only use one code, if you have the kohls charge use the SUNNY30 to save 30%,but if not all you can get is the 15% off

dnwestcomb- did you enter your kohls charge information first? I know I tried entering the code before entering my kohls charge info and it wont verify it if the card info isnt there. Hope you can figure it out! I ordered one of these and just called for a price adjustment. They couldnt tell me the amount that would be refunded though, which makes me nervous somehow theyll say it was an website error and I wont get it!

Thanks so much for posting this! I purchased the waterslide on 6/9 and would never have known about the price drop if it wasn’t for your post. I just called Kohls and spoke with a very helpful customer service rep. who made the price adjustment for me.
I can’t believe that I just spent so much money on this, but our kids will go crazy when it comes! My husband is going to freak out! LOL

I just saw the post and when I went to kohls.com it lists $299.99 not $254.99. I bought it a few weeks ago like everyone else…
I just emailed them to see if they will adjust the price. Hope they will.
Just called cs and the rep. Was unable to find the sale price to adjust it:( tried an email to cs instead. Crossing my fingers.

I am bummed as well.. I have been keeping an eye on this item with Kohls for almost a month debating if I could splurge, but had I seen this post sooner it would have made up my mind.. Hopefully it will go back on sale!
I called Kohl’s.com. I had also bought the slide on the 5th. However, unlike the previous posters, I was denied the credit. Disappointed in how Kohl’s.com does not apply the same follow up to all customers. My kids love the slide so I am happy I purchased it.
I got an email saying that the price adjustment must be within 14 days of purchase so no adjustment. 🙁
Does anyone know if you forgot to use your kohls cash will customer service let you use it or are you just out of luck?
Usually, Kohl’s will let me use Kohl’s Cash in store the day after it expires. They are always very nice and put it through anyways. I doubt you can use it online, but it’s always worth a try.
I requested the price adjustment as well last night, as I ordered the slide on the 8th I was within the 14 days. However, Kohl’s would not issue it to me because I emailed on 6/22 at 10:55 pm- 55 minutes after their customer service closed. They said if you email after customer service closing hours it counts as the next day! I’m very disappointed in this response, especially as they gave it to other customers with older orders. They need to have more continuity in what cs representatives will allow, especially for a minor quibble like 55 minutes!
I’m in the same boat as many others. I ordered it Friday morning and emailed them on Saturday at 12 pm, when there was still time to get the slide for $254.99 plus 30% off. The slide that I ordered on Friday hadn’t even shipped yet. However, they are telling me they won’t be able to price adjust it. This is very frustrating. Also I would think a company, like Kohls, who value their customers would stay consistent to their own policies:
Basically, a price adjustment is a refund! In certain cases, we’ll give you money back if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale later.
If your situation meets all these criteria, you could be eligible for a price adjustment:

I just received credit on my card. I had ordered the 5th and probably was the first person to call for price adjustment. $33.71 was placed back on my card.
