Does anyone have a crate & barrel sofa? How does it hold up? I would live to know.
My last sofa from Bassett Furniture was a let down. It was just as pricey as crate & barrel but a month after owning it (and only one person sitting on it) the cushions and back supports started to deflate. Barely a year later and the cushion fabric is coming apart at the seams. Again just me sitting on it. No kids jumping on it, no dogs. Basset has horrible mattress too – had to exchange 2 for defects. That’s how I got the sofa. I was sick of dealing with the mattress problems. Horrible Customer Service to boot.
My sister in law said that they have the best quality furniture. She is wanting to buy a new couch for her new house there.
Crate & Barrel quality is no where near Ethan Allan for close to the same price. They are custom design center but the quality and style last half a life time.
