If I download the digital app, does the $5 just get added, or is there a stipulation like having to add $5 first?
How will we know if the free drink has been added to our card? Will we be emailed or do we have to check it on the site on the card balance?

I called starbucks 1800 number and asked where the credit is…was told it will load to my card by 1 october and I will get an email letting me know when it loads.
