You can also use Pampers manufacturer coupons for this deal too too! There are some $1.50 off coupons out there. 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for the reminder, Sarah! I just updated the post.

good time to put layaway in

    • ViCkY

      You read my mind 🙂

I am a mommy to be and just starting to think about stocking up on diapers, is that a good price? Worth tying up $76.00?

    • Megan

You might want to wait a bit before stocking up on diapers. Depending on how fast your baby grows, he or she might not be in a diaper size for very long.

      • Megan

To elaborate on what I said earlier, stock up on sizes 3, 4, and 5, like the others have said. You may want to check out the Amazon Mom program to see how their prices compare. When my son was in diapers, Amazon was the way to go, but that may have changed. I also found that Huggies and Luvs worked well for us.

    • rachel

Yes, it’s a very good stock up price. I strive for 10-15 cents per diaper, with my average working out to 12 cents.

I amassed 3,000 diapers (for around $300) when I was pregnant with my now 10 month old and we are still going through them! Just save your receipts and tape them to the boxes so you can easily exchange sizes if needed.

      • Me

taping receipts to boxes, brilliant idea!

    • Rrr

You could stock up on size 3 and 4. They last long in them

    • Lisa B

I was a momma that stock piled diapers and I never regretted it, we didn’t have to purchase diapers until she was 2! Just keep a wide range of sizes. And it seems like so far away, but they stay in the bigger sizes longer (3, 4, 5). Mine were only in 1s for maybe the first month or 2 (and she was a preemie) and we were only in 2s a couple of weeks. We had a Diaper Shower for my husband (Poker theme)… a box of diapers bought you into the game… the men loved the idea. There was beer and pizza and a gift card they could win and of course bragging rights at the end. Needless to say, we were set on diapers for a while.

    • amy

I could always get diapers for .06 to .09. .12 a diaper seems like a lot to me

      • Amanda M

Amy are you talking about name brand or store brands?

        • Kristen

I know there’s a list out there somewhere of how many diapers to stockpile in each size …anyone have the link? In my experience, sizes 3 & 4 are used for the longest amount of time. They usually aren’t in newborn sizes often, and sometimes never get to size 5 (mine didn’t)

        • amy

Always brand name..Huggies, Pampers and even seventh Generation. I have never purchased store brand diapers and never pay more than $.09

      • robin

I agree. Even at CVS this week you can get a combination of size 3 Luvs and Pampers for as low as 10 cents per diaper after Extra bucks and MQ’s. I can get size 5 Huggies for 10 cents a piece at Publix anytime. For someone who wants to just buy in large quantities and be done then this Babies R Us deal might be best.

    • Jenn

I also stocked up on diapers before my daughter was born and never regretted it. It made life so much easier. Just make sure to keep your receipts so you can exchange sizes later if you need to. Most stores are really good about that.

    • Caitlin

It really depends on the baby…I stocked up and don’t regret it, but it may not have worked for someone else. My son was 9lbs 12 oz at birth and 21 inches long. I used 4 jumbo packs of newborn and a giant pack of newborn…we used 2 big packs of the 246 size 1 diapers…he was in size 2 for 3 of the value packs of baby dry diapers…size 4 was 4 value packs…we are now in size 5…we have used 3 value pack of baby dry size 5 and I still have 5 boxes left and I have 5 boxes of size 6…I loved the baby dry diapers…I found that you get the most value for your money with those boxes, but some diapers work better for some babies and not others…luckily it worked out for me 🙂

I just bought a “cherry” wood night stand to go with my crib and its normally $100 and its clearanced to $29.99 and with the extra 20% off it came down to $23.99 and i opted for free shipping to my store. It has great review too so im very excited! Yay Toys R Us and Babies R Us

  5. Crystal

Great coupon, but it annoys me that Toys R Us has added this new “hot price” thing on certain toys, which excludes them from coupons. They have so many exclusions on stuff already – like anything electronic – and so it doesn’t help very much with toys. Just not a fan of Toys R Us.

    • Ali

Not to mention if you actually want to get a toy that is not excluded, chances are it will be out of stock at the store. It’s never worth the trip for me! Not a fan either!

    • Michelle

      Yeah, definitely annoying.

    • Shayla

I think this comment is spot on. I was there over the weekend and noticed a few new “hot price” tags on fisher price things (princess castle especially that now has the $5 MQ), plus they changed the price (in-store was $50 and online TRU $40…so now it’s at the hot price of $45, huh?). Shocker…it’s excluded from this deal. Plus, if you want to price match that excludes you from coupons like this too. So would be interested in what would qualify =)

I will say, mine has been super cool about price adjustments as long as it’s been less than 90 days…might be worth to keep the receipts (or if you use your BRU/TRU card it will track you store purchases, huge plus for me!).

  6. Me

Can I just show this on my phone or do I need to print it out?

    • Sarah

You don’t have to show it at all! It is the sale they have right now and the register will automatically prompt the gift card. 🙂

    • Me

Oh sorry I meant for the 20% off coupon

  7. Sarah

This is a great price for Pampers diapers. Yes, you can get cheaper in other brands, but for our family we have always used Pampers (and that’s with 4 kids!). We had trouble with other brands early on. But you know what, every family is different and cheaper diapers work great for some!

  8. Jenn

Thanks for posting this. I have been waiting for a good deal to use some giftcards on a Jumperoo for my daughter and purchased one today. Also got free 2-day shipping through Shoprunner and 1% cashback through shop at home.

  9. Donna

Has anyone received their coupons, yet via email? I requested one about an hour ago and have not received it yet.

  10. Mary

Just an FYI, this coupon (as do most BRU coupons) exclude diapers.

  11. Mary

Can you roll the gift card over for another diaper purchase?

    • Sarah

Only if you go back 6 or more hours later…that is when the cards activate. You will be able to use the gift card on anything. In fact, I have a $20 one from a similar deal that I plan to use tonight for this diaper deal.

  12. Mary

    Oh nice. Thank you.

  13. Anne

They have their shampoos and body washes marked down to .98 before coupon! Good deal!

  14. Caitlin

I just ordered something from them on the 12th. I just saw that it would save me another $11.00. Would they do a price adjustment if I took it into the store or should I return and rebuy it with the coupon?

    • Shayla

you shouldn’t even need to take the item in, just your receipt (although it does state excluded prior purchases YMMV). But foreward you, there are several exclusions and chances are, the item now may be excluded whereas last week it may not have been =)

      • Shayla

FYI, from my experience, they have been super cool about price adjustments, especially so recent as a week! Good luck!!!

      • Caitlin

Thanks a bunch! Luckily this item is not excluded. I thought about reordering it online so I went through to make sure the 20% off applies to it. I have a store that it is close by, but this item is not sold in store :(. It is the zoo talkers jungle habitat and has free 2 day shop runner. Fisher price had a really good deal on the zoo talker animals on their site at 1.49 a piece so I ordered a bunch of them and then found out the zoo talkers jungle item was discontinued this year so I figured might as well grab it now for Christmas thinking I never see any toys r us discounts and did not want to run out of options if I couldn’t find it once a deal came around. I got a $5 off $25 purchase for my son’s birthday, but of course that does not apply to online purchases.

  15. michelle

Speaking of toys r us…in the mail today I got my daughter’s birthday cards from Geoffrey…and when I say cards, I mean 3 of them…they each had a $3 off $3+ purchase in them. Anyone know if I will be able to use them all? I know I will have to probably do different trips…but her birthday isn’t until next month anyways

    • Tracy

My boys birthdays are a few days apart and so they combined theirs to buy something together and it wasn’t a problem. Although, they each had their own name on it. If yours all have the same name on them, they might question you about that. Did you sign her up under 3 different email addresses, or was it a mistake on TRU’s end?

  16. tara

Anyone know if I will I can use this coupon w with the thomas train extravaganza?

  17. justme

this was great! not only did i get 20% off but I was able to use my shop runner account and get free 2 day shipping! Hip2save is the Best!

  18. amanda

I live in ma and i got $10 gift from them didnt say why but it excludes diapers and formula but not wipes. There was also a $2 off both diapes and wipes so buy two big packs there wipes wich are like $10 or $12 so free wipes

  19. natalie

I’m trying to purchase BabyGanics wipes, and it’s telling me the coupon code is “not applied”!!!! Any ideas?

    • natalie

Oh, duhhhhhhh. Not valid on wipes 🙁 Boo!!!

  20. Pinky

I was able to use the coupon on Disney Infinity, got 15 off the regular price. It is for Christmas, already half done on Christmas for the 5 year old. Now to start on Christmas for the three week old.
