If you’re headed to CVS, here’s a *HOT* deal you may be able to score at your local store – perfect for printing all those great coupons 😉 ! As I posted here, CVS has marked down their school supply items 75-90% off. My friend Erica found the 400-count packs of Caliber Multipurpose Copy Paper at her CVS in Florida ringing up at 75% off for just $1.37 – regularly $5.49 each! However, Hip2Save reader Rosee actually found the packs on 90% off clearance for only $0.55 at her store! Awesome!

*Come back and let us know if you’re able to score this same deal at your store!

(Thanks, Rosee!)

Were these in a special area and marked for clearance or were they in with the school supplies area? I haven’t seen back to school stuff at the CVS near me in awhile.

I might try to check tomorrow but I doubt that there will be any at my CVS. My store isn’t well stocked at all. Whenever there is any type of sale they always run out of the item by the time I get there. I have a ton of free staples paper for printing my coupons 🙂 so I won’t be too bummed out if I don’t get this deal.

  17. Brandice

went to 3 diff stores…only 1 had this in stock and they were reg price 🙁

    • Jay

There is no sign for the reduced price. I verified in price checker and it rings up 0.55

  18. Sara

  19. Stacy

I got a few in Topeka, but I think they may be out now, as the cashiers seemed excited.

In Flower Mound, TX they were 1.37 each. In the past, I have noticed that different CVS stores in the area have the exact item marked down at different prices. Hmmmm….. I think I will try another store tomorrow & see what it rings up at. Also, where do I get really cheap hp ink cartridges to print all these coupons?

    • Diane

I live in Flower Mound, too! It’s nice to see other Hip2Save followers in the neighborhood 🙂

    • Kevin

Are you in SoCal? and which store?

  28. Stephanie

Something happened yesterday… I purchased 6 of these in CA for .55 cents each. Everything was good. I did self-checkout. But everything went downhill when one of the customers behind me began saying (in a loud voice), WHY ARE YOU ABLE TO GET THAT PAPER FOR THAT LITTLE!? I didn’t pay attention to her of course. She should mind her own business. As I was walking out of the store, the cashiers and “supervisor” stopped me telling me that I couldn’t leave with my merchandise and that it was a mistake that the paper had rung up to .55 cents. They said that I had to come back to the cash register and get a full refund. I refused!!! I asked to talk to the manager and they all said the manager was not there. They were saying they couldn’t let me leave with this merchandise because the manager would have not allowed it. They wanted to NEGOTIATE with me by telling me that I could leave with 3 of them at .55 cents each and get a refund for the other 3. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! What kind of customer service is this???? I said no, I want to leave with what I paid for. They were saying how this was a company glitch on the system and they couldn’t let me leave with this good deal. WHAT?! Then they said okay, keep your receipt, leave the paper here, come back tomorrow for your paper and to talk to the manager. So I did. Just to minimize my headache. Now keep in mind that it was about 8pm and corporate was closed. I went in today before work and the manager was NOT there, I pretended to be calling corporate (although I will later today). The cashiers and supervisor got scared I suppose and gave me my paper. I am really upset at all of this. Such an inconvenience. They were basically treating me like a criminal by not letting me leave the store with my stuff! PLUS, they make me go out of MY way to come back to the store for what I had purchased in the FIRST place! I am FURIOUS to say the least. What do you all Hip2Savers think? What should I have done?

    • Kimka

That’s awful Stephanie. I think you should try reaching the manager of the store to let them know what happened and if you can’t then call corporate.

    • jiggi

you did the right thing and spoke up for yourself. I will always remember the way you handle the situation.

    • megulle

Yikes that’s horrible! I would definitely bring this up to their corporate. It’s not your fault the merchandise rang at that price. I actually got 10 of them for 55 cents as well and the cashier just commented how great of a deal it was. There’s still plenty left when I got them at my Glendale store here in SoCal.

  29. Max

Wow pretty scary stuff, good for you

  30. Jen P.

2 of the 3 stores I checked here in RI had tons of this paper, but they were scanning full price! Bummer! I couldn’t find it at the 3rd.

  31. jhgjkgkjgkj

I hope no one plans on using this to print coupons. I bought that paper ONCE. I still have it. The ink bleeds into the paper and your coupons will not scan.

  32. Max

Thanks for the heads up going to staples for free rebate paper today

  33. Tasha

    Any luck in NC?
