    After about a million tries on 3 different browsers, it worked on my iphone. IE and Chrome didn’t work.

    The website worked for me…I had to reload it a few times but it finally let me through. You have to reload it a few times but it will go through eventually.

    It’s working much better now. I was refreshing my laptop and phone simultaneously and they both went through (no worries! limit one per household!), so traffic must be down.

    Two computers and a smart phone later, I got one. I pulled it up on my phone more easily but kept getting the blank page after typing in my contact info. Was just about to give up and it came up on my laptop using Mozilla FireFox.
