We have a super elaborate fort going from our living room, into parents bedroom and into the dining room. Impossible to get around without crawling thru? Yes. Awesome? Yes. Worth it.

Every single blanket, sheet, throw…most of the burp cloths! I’m going to have a ton of wash but it’ll be worth it because of the memories. We had dinner under it while playing Candy Land tonight. The oldest 5 of 7 maybe even the 6th, are sleeping in it tonight. So fun.

It’s great! I have a policy in my house- stuff can be scattered around as long as it’s just clutter and not mess! Dirty dishes, sippy cups, shoes, laundry and the like have to be put up immediately. Legos and forts and such can be scattered around if we’re playing with them often- as long as we aren’t having company. I find it’s actually cleaner (minus the fort taking up massive amounts of room) if I’m not constantly nagging for things to be put up. I gave up on a Martha Stewart home 5 kids ago! LOL
