  kristin, that is because the G-U-M toothbrushes are listed on both the ad starting on sunday and the ad starting on thursday. each with a limit of one so youll be able to get a total of 2 this week! check your receipt after buying one and if it doesnt say limit reached then you should be ok to buy another one now instead of waiting til thursday hth!

  Yes you can. I just went because stores around here start early activation around 4-6pm. I did 3 transactions and used ECB from each transaction for the next one. Worked great!

  That’s correct, I work at CVS and they are holding them off until the morning unless your store is open 24 hours and then they activate at 12:01am. 🙂

  Not for Martin Co., FL; I went and get most of the EBC’s with no problems; but some things as usual didn’t ring up right because it is on a Saturday. No biggie though, my cashiers are some of the best people to give coupons too!!

  It depends on your store’s manager and their district manager. My mom’s area forbids it. Mine used to do it till they got a new manager. Now she won’t allow it.

  I went at 4:30 today and it worked! The manager didn’t think it would produce ECB’s so we tested it and it did! I got all my shopping done. I don’t think this will last long because I heard CVS is going to be changing things soon.

  Mine activated early as usual tonight. Scored all my deals tonight! Awesome not having to fight crowds or have them run out, though I forgot a couple items in my rush! 🙁 They haven’t had these great freebies start on Sunday, usually its a thanksgiving day/ black friday sales. I was happy to see them start on a sunday in addition to the ones for black Friday! Love cvs!!

  I don’t know for sure, but you should be able to. They have counted it for me before when I was doing a P &G deal where you spend $30 to get $10 ECB and my total was only $29.97. I would assume that it would be similar. You can always try! 🙂

    I’m really familiar w/ Walgreens, but going to CVS for the first time tomorrow. Can you use ECBs the same day, rolling from item to item? Just want to make sure I can use them all in one say (I’m visiting out of town and we don’t have a CVS where I live).

  Yes ECB are rollable even onto the same item if the limit is more than 1. Just be careful u don’t exceed the limit per card or you won’t get any ecb. Have fun! Adn always can ur card the kiosk.

  i did that at target when there were long lines at the registers. if im planning a large trip i make sure im in no hurry just to do this even when the cashier tells me just to stay where i am never do more than 2 trans without go to the end of the line.

    I went to my store at 4 as they switch the sale over then. Got all my deals and was home by 4:45. Did not have any completion. I got the iTunes deal for $75, got a ton of other stuff around $120.00 worth, and used ECBS and coupons, only paid tax.

  It depends on the store. Some activate at midnight while others are around 6 AM. Whether or not the deals are gone also depends on the store, unfortunately. Some locations are hard-hit by couponers and others aren’t.

  Last year I went to my 24 hour store and they did not start the sale until midnight. There were a lot of people waiting in line with their items to check out at midnight. This store usually gets wiped out of all the items quickly.

  Actually, Collin has the BF ad posted. When you click on CVS (in the blue bubble at the top right of the page), just scroll down the posts until you see the one with the BF Christmas tree (it may have dropped to 2nd page) But the matchups are done and the 3 day ad is nothing special compared to all the goodies the first part of the week.

  I donate items that are free but I know we won’t use. Either to goodwill or food pantries. Plus this time of year we have several organizations in our area that collect items both food/personal hygiene for donation. And last week when I was in JCP they had a tree set up that had paper ornaments hanging on it that had either a child, adult or family in need and what they could use or needed. You take the ornament, gather the items your giving and turn it into the customer service desk which gets it to the person. I pulled off a couple and will be taking them next week to turn in. Things like this really can help people and make me feel good in the process.

    Ok just got back from cvs! This limits on the ecbs are higher then we thought on those freebie items! Ok the limit is 2 on the sparkle, 3 on the gum toothbrushes and 2 on the kraft mac and cheese! That’s awesome!!! So mm on the sparkle paper towels bc I used the bogo coupon!!

    And I was able to get the bogo sale on the hersheys candy and the ebc from this week. It didn’t print though and the guy had no problem printin it for me either. So 4 bags at $3.99 bogo used 2 $2.20 cvs coupons and 2 $1 off 2 and then got $2 ebc back I’m done with christmas candy!!! Thanks for all u do!!

    I went to my CVS and got the deals no problem tonight! Only 2 items had conflicting sales with this week. The Hershey singles are on sale for .77 this week so it wasn’t doing the ECB deal of pay .79 get .79 ECB and I bought the Gillette Proglide manual razor for 9.99 and this weeks deal is buy 30 in P&G products get 10 ECB so my 5.00 ECB didn’t print but the cashier gave me one anyways 🙂

    I just got back from cvs and got everything (that they had) with only one problem. The probiotic didn’t print ecb, but they printed me one out manually after I came back in. The Mac and cheese is allowing 2 and the toothbrushes allow 3. I started my order by buying the iTunes stuff for Christmas presents and then used that $20 for my first order. Then went back and used my ecb that printed from that to get my second order witch included stuff I didn’t know I could get twice. Worked well! Thanks Collin! 🙂

    Colgate travel did not ring up on sale nor produce any ecbs. Same with the Hershey’s singles, the $.77 sale was a better deal according to the computer. Will have to go back for those. Good news is that there is a $5/1 coupon on the back of the sleeping pills that I was able to use to get them for free plus a $1.99 money maker with the ecb. Another good deal was that on the full size children’s Advil there were peelie coupons for $2/1 any crayola product wyb children’s Advil. I didn’t see any crayola products under $2.59 and didn’t want to pay $.59 for a 16 pack of crayons (lol)…but then as I turned my head toward the end of the aisle I saw a hang tag of crayola color your mouth candy things. It is an 8 pack of those colored sugar packets that has a hard candy stick you lick and then dip into the sugar…FREE!!! Finally, the 4 pack of adult Advil was behind the register at my Willimantic CT store. The blue box 4 pack in the travel section is NOT the correct package. Will be going back to pick up a few other things in a few hours…yeah. I love this time of year.

  I’m pretty sure the $5/1 coupon on the sleeping pills is intended for 30 ct or larger so using it on the smaller size that is on sale this week for $1.99 isn’t right

    In the past, if CVS is out of a product, they will write you a raincheck (which does not expire) and include the ECB. Is this still the case?
