The top one looks like it has a closeable top. But the bottom are ceramic and just have a hole, like a mcds coffee cup has.

That happened to me once. I contacted customer service and explained that it had slipped past me. They allowed it “that one time” and sent me a special code to use to allow me to enter and use that cash. It was a few years ago. Worth a try!

I love these mugs! I have a few of the top style, and they are kind of a bugger to clean, but yes they do have a closeable top. People think I’m crazy when I use the snowman one in the middle of June 🙂
I just tried using my Kohl’s cash with the cybersave promo code and it didn’t allow me to b/c I was redeeming the kohls cash… is that correct? You can’t use promotion codes when redeeming the kohls cash? I looked on the FAQ online and it looks like you are allowed to use a percent off and dollar off coupon together…
Unfortunately, the kohls cash comes off your order first. If you have $15 in kohls cash and purchase $15 in stuff, no other coupon can be applied… If you use your kohls cash for a larger order, it will first deduct the Kohls cash amount, then apply your discount code to the remaining order. Hope that makes sense!

I was able to use the code and my Kohl’s cash this morning. Ty it again. All the great deals may have it acting funny.
It will take the kohls cash first, and then apply the discount to whatever is left over. Say you spend $15 and have $10 kohls cash…the 20% discount out only be on the $5 left. Atleast that is how the store works. I’m not sure about online purchases…

I had gotten these for the same price on black friday and used my $10 off of 10 coupon. We had to search and go through a lot of them to make sure we found some that the lids completely closed on and clicked when you closed them. They are fairly heavy also. They are nice, but watch your lids when you get them in the mail. The cup ones I was afraid to get because they just had a rubber stopper on top and I could picture whatever was inside spilling out.

Almost any online can be used in store, too, you can just show them the coupon on your phone. A few coupons will say “online only” in the fine print, though. Retailmenot has several coupons available. I usually just save my emails that specify a discount, then show the cashier instead of printing 😉
I always check https://mobile.cloud.kohls.resource.com/wifi/barcode.php on my phone. Most days it has some coupon that is valid on something!
Vivian, use your kohls cash with the pin in the other section and not the promo code section. That way you can use two codes and the kohls cash together. I usually use a percent off, a dollar amount off, free shipping codes together like that. (The dollar amount off and kohls cash section are the same place I believe. If the coupon has a code AND a pin you can use it there instead of the promo code area.

J, on Black Friday, when I told the cashier I forgot to print the coupon before I left the house, she said that they can give a 15% off or whatever the code usually is for if you tell them.

If the bottom row of mugs are the same as the Kohl’s Cares mugs from last year (ceramic with a rubbery lid), they are sooo nice. I got 2 and I literally use them everyday. I just got another one for my fiance (who complains about using the pink ones).
