Family dollar sent a text deal where you can get Suave shampoo 12 oz for $0.50 and there may be some coupons out there but I didn’t have any with me but still a great deal. That’s not all, Family Dollar text also said text DEALS2 for second deal that was for 50% off any Fisher Price toy. Some toys are a little marked up but it’s worth checking into. I got this $5 dollar toy for 1/2 price [which seems like a great deal since it’s currently priced at $11.18 on Amazon!]![/h2s_box]

(Thanks, Jennifer!)

both codes are same for everybody. u should b able to use them in different (multiple) transactions 🙂

      • Casey

Or if the cashier won’t allow it, you could go to another location. I have two stores withine a quarter mile!

  2. Heather

Yay! I have a $5 off and Fisher-Price toy coupon. Hopefully makes for a good deal. Thanks for the heads up!

    • heather

So glad you said that! So going to stack!

    • irene

FYI. The register will take 50% off after MQ amount is deducted, even if you hand them the Qs in a different order. Caused a lot of groans behind me in line when I tried to figure out why my total was different than expected! 🙂

      • heather

Okay thanks for the heads up! Have to see if its worth it.

      • Heather

        Thanks!

    • Heather

Nice! Where did you get that coupon?

      • heather

The $5 off any Fisher-Price was something that came inside the gift bag you get when you do a baby registry at Target

  3. Veleria

IS Disney Doc McStuffins a fisher price item??

    • Layne

I can’t see any but my daughter likes doc and jake and Jake and the neverland pirates is a fisher price toy, and so is the sesame street toys in the adds

  4. Pam

Thanks a lot for the heads up. I’m going to take my 5-yr-old grandson to buy his baby sister a toy for Christmas.

  5. Ami

    woo hoo!
Thomas & Friends n Disney Planes toy r included !!!

  6. Bridget

I still have my 10.00 off little people. wonder if they have any and how this would work with the in store coupon?

  7. Beckie

So you just show them the return text? I don’t click on the code number? I tried that and it went to phone mode. I just want to be sure I have it right when I go into my Family Dollar.

    • Amy

Yes, I just had the text pulled up on my phone and I read her the number. I was able to get the shampoo and a doodle pro neon (sort of like a magna doodle). Total was $3.21 after both codes.

  8. Melinda

At my store they were also doing buy one toy get 50% off the second.

    • Kristin

Did they take the 50% off coupon on the full price toy or the one that was 50% off?

      • Kelly

Walmart won’t price match it since you have to use a store coupon to get that price. If it was a regular sale, they would match the same price it would be at the competitor store instead of a percentage off. HTH.

        • Kelly

Sorry, was supposed to be a reply to #9.

  9. woohoo

Would Walmart match the half off ANY fisher Price toy sale?

  10. Amy

Oh i hope I can find a 42.50 infant toy also…i picked a 4 month old who wants a “learning toy’ off of our church giving tree! It said to spend $20 – $25 dollars, so I am trying to get him as much as I can for the money!

    • Amy

well, that should say $2.50…not $42.40!

I just got back form the Family Dollar near me. Not much in the the department manufactured by FP. I did find a bin full of baby teethers and rattles half off for $2.25. I grabbed one because of a baby shower I am going to and I grabbed a FP $5 neon doodler for Toys for Tots. Now, I don’t know if the scanner automactically deducts or the cashier presses the buttons, but the register deducted $3.63. Not bad =)

I just came home from doing this deal and like others said, toys were b1g1 50% off. I was tempted to buy two things, but all they had was the little people princess two pack. It worked out well b/c I got the Disney Princess Castle last weeks for $10. My son has a smartphone but forgot it…geez. We pay $30 a month for his smarphone and he forgets it LOL. Sigh kids.

Thank you for posting this. I still have some fisher price coupons from coupons.com a while back.

  14. Jess

I Can confirm, Some Toys Are Labeled Fisher Price. Dora Mermaid, Thomas Trains. Ymmv, I Didn’t Try Just Picked Up A 2 Pk Of Little People.

  15. Casey

I found some little people on clearance…the superheroes in the cars, for 3 bucks, so $1.50 after coupon! Not bad. Great sticking stuffer or advent calendar toy:)

  16. Angela

They only had the bird and a cars two light at my store.

  17. Paul

I went to my local store tonight and was told that they are not accepting internet coupons. I specifically asked, if they are also not accepting Family Dollar coupons, from their own website. One of the cashiers held up some papers, saying that they had gotten an email, telling them not to accept any internet coupons, not even Family Dollar coupons, because some of them are copies. Ridiculous.

    • Kelly

That’s super ridiculous because this was a text coupon and they just entered a code. There’s not any way to forge that. :/
