I see some of the fleece throws are $10, which is great, but it’s not giving me an option for personalization. Any ideas why?
I contacted Disney customer service last week all bummed about the same and they said they suspended the personalization of that item (fleece) b/c of high demand. 🙁
Thanks for the info! I will just wait and see if they start personalizing again. It was just a little extra gift for my kiddos anyways.
it seemed like (from the email they sent me) that it was a temporary stop b/c they got overwhelmed…I”m hoping for the same thing soon!
I only see one that is personalized, it is the Minnie Mouse one for 19.50.
I noticed the same thing. I’m going to call tonight and see if they will personalize them.
Just did an online chat and they don’t personalize the throws anymore. 🙁 I expressed how disappointed I was. See my chat below:

I bought 1 a month ago and I had it personalized. it stinks if they aren’t going to do it anymore, I have gotten every child in my family one, so now when a new child is added, I wont be able to get them one 🙁 boo Disney, not a smart move!
I agree! My 4 year old has one & was wanting to pick one up for my 7 month old. That stinks.
Maybe they will again after the holidays. They prob just dont want to have upset customers that think they can get it by xmas
Last year I bought 2 on clearance, they weren’t personalizable then either.
My son will be so happy – I am replacing his Iron Man pj’s that we had to give away b/c they were way too small!
Oh yay I was holding out for an actual free shipping code instead of having to buy the frozen tote which I thought was a waste as I really dont need it (have too many totes as it is) and yay it happened in time for Christmas! Just perfect 🙂

Does it usually take awhile for items to ship from them? I ordered something Thursday night and still haven’t received ship confirmation and it has not been cancelled. I was just curious.
It recently ordered stuff and I don’t think they sent a confirmation before shipping. The bad weather might have delayed it. But it took less than a week for my order to be delivered.

Has anyone else noticed that when you try to put some clearance things in your bag, it gives you an error message?! So annoying! Why do they still have those products on their website if they are not available anymore?
Animators collection dolls are $15! Such a great price for those and they are just darling. My nieces are collecting them, so I end up buying them for birthdays and Christmases and have never gotten them for less than $20. So glad I procrastinated and didn’t end up getting them last week when they were $20 with $5 shipping!
