Stephanie, I was wondering the same thing. I had 300+ points so I did a whole bunch, but there’s nada in my history and the points have been taken away. Weird.
Mine hasn’t shown on my history either, but I did get emails for both of the 12 packs I claimed.
I’m not sure. I noticed the same thing. The ones from yesterday are there but not todays. I did get an email confirming my purchase and my points have been deducted.
I guess as long as well keep the emails we should be fine.
I just used all my points. So if this happens to be a glitch at least coke is usually good with giving points back.
You should get an email immediately confirming your order, I always do.

So I just noticed guys he redemption history doesn’t update until 9pm PST/12AM EST
For me it just showed all 72 plus 2 from yesterday for a total of 74.. hopefully everyone already see’s it in their redemption history

I believe you can get however many you want now until you are out of points, because i was just able to get 5 more..
Does anyone know where they take these? I tried redeeming one at shoprite last year and they told me it was a fraudulent coupon. It made me feel horrible. There was nothing I could do to prove it was real to them.
I use them without problem at Target, Walmart and most of the area grocery stores (Wegman’s, Giant Foods, and Weis Markets).
I have, on occasion, encountered a cashier who didn’t believe this was real, even though it’s mailed by Coke and has all sorts of special holographic doodads on it to prove authenticity. I would try the customer service desk if you have problems. As long as the coupon scans (which it will), the store should be willing to take it… But as always, YMMV
I always bring the original letter and envelope that the free item coupon came in. I take it to customer service first and explain how I got the coupons and that I’m going to redeem them at their store. I’ve never had a problem

I would contact customer service at Coke and tell them your story. I bet they can send a nasty-gram to the rude people at that Shoprite and keep them from treating others that way. I’d also put in a word with the district manager.
I have never had issues with stores redeeming the Coke rewards coupons – they are printed on nice card stock with photographic images with a silver stripe – so it would be pretty difficult for someone to make their own. I have redeemed them at Hiller’s, Meijer, Kroger, CVS, Rite Aid, Target, Walmart and not sure where else – never a problem with them! Hope that helps!

woohoo!!!! As I recall, this has happened the past couple holiday seasons, too. They offer a set amount of these free 12-pk coupons on a specific day. Then after all the hubub has died down, they put up the offer again without limits.
