So excited about the ornaments coupon…I’m keeping all my nice ornaments in storage this year due to the tornado known as my 3 year old!!!! I know he will destroy it all if I put it on the tree this year.
This is my daughter’s first Christmas. She’ll be 10 months a couple of days before Christmas and she just started to take a few steps here and there. I think that I’m going to leave the “baby zone” bare. I’m surprised that she hasn’t pushed the tree over yet. 🙂

When my boys were little, we put a plastic dog pen around ours. They just have sides and no bottom so easy to use and kept the little ones from getting anything they shouldn’t and now worries about them pulling the tree over on them. 🙂

Just left Target with 10 boxes of lights! I had to do 3 separate transactions but saved so much. My one bill that included 4 boxes of the 50% off lights and other items that were on sale on Cartwheel dropped from $109 to $69!! Plus, the selection of the lights at my store was awesome!
Did the 50% coupon work on all the boxes as long as you don’t do more than 4 in a single transaction?

This may be a dumb question but do you think that “rope” light is included in the cartwheel? it says that non-string styles but that could be referring to seperate lights.

Does anyone know targets price matching policy. I tired to price match something to tru but the item wasn’t in stock so they wouldn’t price match. Is thy correct?

After picking out lights, I sent my husband (with my cartwheel) to checkout while I stood in the longest line in Starbucks history. I did the math in my head so when he came to the Starbucks line I asked him how much was the total. It was just under $50 more than what I calculated. He gave me the receipt and I noticed that seven of my strings weren’t marked down. I didn’t know about the 4 per transaction limit. So…I went to customer service explained what happened ad asked if I can return them and repurchase. She told me she COULD NOT resell them to me. They had to be put back on the shelf before they are resold. What? I just smiled and told my husband he can load the car up and I went to look for a manager. I spotted one immediately and gave her the story up until I spotted her. She told me I COULD return and repurchased and she could also just refund the difference. I received cash back…
yes, that is Target’s policy; however, like you said, there are several managers out that can overrule that rule, especially in this case where I’m sure there were more on the shelves. Now getting them to do that with a clearance item or a hot item, will not happen without a really nice manager (which I have been lucky once or twice with one of those).

Used the $5 off $20 target.com coupon bought 11.99 Philips light and $10 kids craft keepsake stone, used cartwheel 50% off both, and got $21 worth of stuff for $6. This makes me happy!!
My store had the stone on a price cut for $7 even sweeter in Chicago!
