Same, only my last order was August 29th. That’s clearly not this same quarter… or even year, at this point! 🙁

So if I ordered 8/29 for the 7/1-9/30 quarter, wouldn’t I be eligible for the 10/1-12/31 quarter (which is expired) & the 1/1 – 3/31? I’m confused.

Likewise, it says I ordered in October and lists the quarterly periods (10/1-12/31), yet it won’t let me order “again” this quarter. They must have neglected to reset it over the holidays for the current quarter.

Grrrrrrrrrr They won’t let me do it. Claims I have already did it on Aug 29th which I did.But that was 1 quarter ago,now this will make it a second quarter that they won’t let me do it.

Glad to know I’m not the only one having this problem. I got the same message and my last order was also on August 29 – which I’m seeing on a lot of the other comments. Was that the last time Collin posted about it on here and that’s why we all ordered on the same day?? 🙂
I’m having the same issue! Last ordered on August 30th and wasn’t able to order 4th quarter and now won’t let me order 1st quarter.

I got the samples last time it was posted, and may I say the Cascade platinum works so well! I was saving for a new dishwasher, but now I don’t need to. I usually am the complaining, but I will have to contact the company to give a big compliment.
I got a Gain sample, the coupon booklet and the Charmin coupon. Don’t have a dishwasher so I skipped the Cascade sample. Thanks!!!
P&G’s explanation for why it isn’t working doesn’t make any sense to me. If I haven’t requested samples since August of last year, why am I still ineligible and why would they be offering the same samples again in another quarter which is making many people ineligible.
