Could you stack the $3/2 and the $1/1 and use the Savings star for a total of $1.99 for the 2?
I was told by saving star that you can’t combine saving star deals with coupons. When they offered the buy $40 in smart ones, & get $10 back. I bought $40 worth of smart ones and used coupons and they would not give me the deal because the coupons I used dropped the total below $40. Anyone else have this issue?
