The store in overland park store had racks and racks and racks of stuff for girls. After two hours of digging out the best, I spent $31 and got quite a bag full. Even found some summer disney tanks that rang up $1.15 with the coupon! My favorite find was a pair of cable knit toddler leggings (black) to go under all the long cardigans and skirts I picked up for next year at Gymboree.

Oh and along with clothing being an additional 50% off the pink sticker price– clearance bedding was all an additional 60% off and then you can stack the 20% on that.

The fine print says not valid on Christmas. I bought some Christmas and non-Christmas last week with the same type of coupon and it didn’t apply.

Yes, you should be able to as long as the brand isn’t excluded on the coupon. Yesterday I found a Graco pack n play that was $160, but on clearance for $130 and used the 20% off coupon to get it for $104! Today I got an even more exciting deal…I found the Chicco Cortina travel system (stroller and car seat combo) that I wanted that was normally $320 marked down to $230. Plus, there was a sign by the clearance strollers that said, “additional 20% off clearance baby gear” so it came down to $184 AND on top of that, they let me use the 20% off coupon so I got it for $145!! 🙂
I found the baby Bjorn synergy carrier in black last week. It was normally $160 and I got it for $30.XX after the extra 20% off clearance. I know people don’t think those are the best carriers – but I would think they would be taken off the market/have huge lawsuits against them if they harmed the child. Plus, I think this one will be for my hubby to use in the future, so it won’t hurt my shoulders/back.
Just wanted to say that there are TONS of baby products that could potentially hurt the child (i.e. any after market product for a car seat) that haven’t been taken off the market so I wouldn’t use that as a rule of thumb. Went there today and got TONS of things for my new baby girl due in June. First Halloween, First Thanksgiving, First Christmas outfits – DONE and all were very inexpensive. I think the Halloween onesie was $2 and the leggings that I bought to go with it were $1. So much fun! I didn’t see many large ticket items on clearance at the BRU that I went to, but there were a few things.
