Doubt it. It says you can not use it with any other promotions or discounts :/ so I don’t think its that good of a deal because they often run promos and always have coupons

It depends on the bear some of them are about 10 – 15 + the outfit. I got a special edition Padington bear last year and it was 40+

Part of me was really excited abt this as my kids have never had or done a build a bear. But then I think of how excited my son was to get a stuffed snoopy at kohls for $2.50 and think….maybe we should stick with kohls for a cause, ha ha!!! Of course, girls may be different. 😉
