I had just placed an order on the 4th of this month (I haven’t even received the order yet). So, I called Customer Service and asked if they would apply the 15% discount to the order and give me a credit on my credit card for the difference. They said “YES”!
I was just taking a chance on this. Didn’t know they would really do it. YEAH!! Great Customer Service and the CS agent was super nice. 😀
In my case they kinda refused :). They said that they will submit the request to ‘research department’ and they will decide if discount can be applied! I also ordered on the 4th. Not impressed 🙁

Appears you get free shipping with any shoe order so if you get the flop flops for 9.95 you are paying 2.95 more than the 7 shipping. If you need them I am on the fence lol.
