That is an awesome deal for a Citrus Lane box! My daughter and I LOVE our monthly surprises from Citrus Lane. I was weary at first, but I am so glad that I gave it a try. Each box has always been worth more than I paid for them. I also love that the items they choose are organic/BPA free etc. I’ve been able to use every item and found some new products that I didn’t know about it. They sent the most awesome bibs in one of the boxes. I will admit that the boxes are definitely a splurge, but worth it to me.

Do you have to call to cancel or can you do it online?
You can do it online. Very easy!
you can also call their 1-800 # & leave a message. I’ve never gotten anyone to actually answer my call, but they did call me back a few hours later. I’ve also noticed they are pretty active on their Facebook page too.

I treated my son (and myself, lets be honest:) to a 6 month subscription for Christmas when they also had a shop credit special. When do you cancel? I ordered, but am not sure when I will need to cancel to make sure I don’t get charged… when do they send these out? At the beginning of the month?
I didn’t like that they wanted my kid’s name and would not let me go forward without it.
So put down a random name 🙂
I usually just put my daughter’s first initial.
I think they send them around the 20th of the month, just cancel the same day you get your 1st box 🙂

They will charge you if you don’t cancel before the 1st of the next billing month, but as long as you cancel on their website or email or call to cancel you will be fine. Just cancel the day you receive your 1st box so you don’t forget 🙂
