As most of you know, 9/16/12, was the start of the new Walgreens Balance Rewards Program! Even sweeter, on 5/5/13, they started a new point system in which you can redeem your points once you reach just 1,000 points. Please head here to read all about it.

before coupons. i just did this deal myself spent $38.00 before coupons and then after with coupons total was $10.60. my receipt showed 5000 points (for spending over $25.00) plus another 2000 points for buying the suave body washes.

I am a AARP member and sign up my card with my WAGS card. By Spent $25 in signal purchase (only once each month) I can get 5,000 points , plus the 5,000 points coupon that’s a total 10,000 points . I did this on FEB. , I did get all my RRs and bonus points . I know many of you are too young to be a AARP member but you might help your family or friends to get more free points.
On the jelly bean deal, it says use $1/2 but it will deduct $1.50 because you buy 3?! How’s that going to work!!
$1/2 is equivalent to $.50 per bag. Walgreens store coupons automatically apply to each item you buy, so it will take off $.50 per bag when it scans. If you buy 3 bags, the coupon will deduct $1.50.

How any times can I buy a product and still get rewards point? For example, can I buy one product through multiple transaction and still get the points every time. ?
For points, you don’t have to do separate transactions! You can buy multiples all in the same transaction and get the points for all of the items.
Don’t shop much at Walgreens.. but regarding RR’s.. if I buy the $3 Colgate Toothpaste w/$2 RR AND the $3.99 Colgate Slim Soft Toothbrush w/$2 RR, will BOTH RR’s print at the same time? Or will I have to do separate transactions? I was wanting to buy both of those & a filler, use the $1 insert q’s, to apply $5 in BR (or will I even need a filler if the subtot is $4.99??). Then use the 2 $2 RRs towards 5,000 points booster for spending $25.

On the Bic deal, if you have 3 coupons, seems like you could add 1 or 2 more of the 1.99 razors and pay less oop than 2.68. Pay $1.66 if you add 1 more 1.99 razor and use 3 coupons, or $2.66 if you add 2 more 1.99 razors and still use 3 coupons.
The manager at my walgreens didn’t let me use 2 coupons on the bogo free nivea body wash…ugh!

The sunmaid deal is listed but the $2 coupon that made it 50c is NLA I believe. If you have the coupon, you should get them for 50c.

Went to Wags to take advantage of Russell Stover 3/$1 deal. Ton of varieties.
FYI at checkout, huge sign posted with the $10 off one Bayer Contour monitor coupon.
They enlarged it and circled the fine print.
Not valid with any other coupon. They know about the huge deal that goes with this product.
Did anyone else have an issue with missing points? I spent 25 and got the bonus 5000 points but want given the 4000 points for buying two banana boat sunscreen!? I asked the cashier why and was told it takes 2-3 days to show up?
Cashier is clueless b/c it does not take 2-3 days for points to show up, they are automatically added when you purchase the items. Could be upc’s were missing from the system. And also, the cashier could have forced the points to your card, I know there is a way b/c the manager had to do if for me a while back. You can either go back to the store and speak to a manager or call CS (have your receipt handy). They can manually load the points if you bought the correct item/s.
The Moroccan body lotion didn’t count towards the spend 6 get 2k points at my store. Still got a great deal on all my suave products by pairing the deal scenarios w/the 5k points for spending $25, but I just wanted to give others a head’s up.
