It is just Amazon local. I wasn’t sure either when I read your question above so I went to check so I could answer you, so I applied the $5 and it is not showing on my amazon.com credits just my local credits.

Is it normal for it to still want cc info?? It shows the $5 in my account and what I’m wanting is $5 but it still wants info. I just wanna be sure it’s not going to charge me lol
