Is anyone having trouble buying on this website? IT keeps saying there’s a problem.
I am very skeptical about being able to use two coupon codes at once. I tried this around Christmas time, even calling up their customer service and I was told only one coupon code is allowed at a time. But maybe they changed their rules since then.

Tina. I got that message last week. Called customer service and she got the same message and didn’t know why. I tried from several computers no luck. My Co worker had same problem. I gave up
for some reason it wouldn’t let me pay, tried several different cc! this happened before and i had to call cs, it’s annoying if i have to call everytime >.<
everything worked fine until the very end after i entered my credit card this message showed up "We're sorry. We are having a problem processing your order based on the information you provided. Please correct before you resubmit. If this error persists, please call us for assistance at 1.800.945.4438."
Worked fine for me! I got 4 pair of the most amazing, warm texting gloves for $31-something. Regularly about $44/ea. they were on sale for $10/ea. I got them in 2012(?) for $6/ea and loved them. I was heartbroken when I lost one this winter. So, moral of the story, when they’re on clearance, order more & be prepared!!!
