Sometimes they only allow you to use the code one time per account. I haven’t tried to use this code twice, but in the past I have tried and not been able to.

Has anyone done this and then had to return something? I did the deal with getting a free panty and 2 Reward cards by buying a bra, but the bra doesn’t fit me well and I need to return it. Will they credit me and ask me to return the rewards cards and free panty? If not, seems dishonest on my part to keep them, basically getting them for free.
I was wondering the same thing. I ordered a bra, then ordered a different bra 5 minutes later that i liked better. I called VS right away to try and cancel but they said they couldnt cancel and I could just return the first bra order, but do I return the cards and underwear as well?
I have returned items in the past for store credit. If you want credit for the full VALUE of the item, and not the credit for what you paid, I gifted the item new with tags to my mother, and she returned the item to the store because it was too small and received store credit. The rewards cards are yours with the original promotion.
I returned a swim suit the other day the top was really weird fitting and they gave me store credit and I didn’t have to return the cards or panties

Hi! How would I go about getting store credit? Would I still need to take the order invoice in? I ordered a swim suit but just found it too unflattering so would like the store credit. I was reading online and it says they need it to process returns of online orders. Would appreciate any input
If you take the invoice in with the swimsuit you will only get credit for what you have paid. You may possibly loose any discounts that u received online . I would return the item for an even exchange for a suit in the store, or allow them to put the current value of the suit onto a gift card. This works well if you are pressed for time and wish to come back later. And by that time you will probably also know what you would like to spend your secret rewards cards on. Hang onto the invoice to reference what you have come out of pocket so far. You should be able to return the suit without the invoice.
They won’t do this deal anymore with the free shipping. I tried chatting on live chat and they said sorry only one deal per offer. Frustrating that they change these in the middle of the day.

Yes you can! You can use secret rewards and angel rewards with any kind of offer like 30% off, 10 dollars off a bra, etc. Secret Rewards and Angel Rewards go through their system like giftcards, not promocodes. Your promocode will be applied before the rewards.

It’s weird I went into the store to return something I got online and because I had received the cards I replaced the items with something else (didn’t want to just get the cards for free). I paid a bit over (few dollars) and then they gave me two MORE reward cards in store. I certainly wasn’t going to give them back. They clearly saw the reward cards on my receipt.

You start out with a regular VS card and depending on how much you spend over a month or so you will get upgraded eventually to the Forever card so if you just signed up for a VS credit card you won’t be able to use the free shipping code and pin for the forever card I don’t think. My daughter only got a forever card after she spent a ton of money at VS. I haven’t gotten one because I don’t spend alot. I’ve had my VS cc awhile but its still the regular card and I can’t use it with the forever card. Somebody correct me if I’m wrong. HTH
