the 2.00 would show on april 13th …good till the 19th… it says that after u enter ur email and sign in info and says congrats… HTH 🙂

Try changing your zip code to 63129. It’s a St. Louis zip code and has worked every time for me.

hi, it sounds like ur trying to create a new account. u want to go to “sign in”….. its in blue underlined text sign in to existing account….HTH
thx, but i am already logged in…. it shows me my info when it asks to ‘link my acct’, but that button won’t click…. just the ‘cancel’ button will…. sigh, oh well. guess i just don’t get this one. thx anyway!

I can never find the banner at Kmart. It always tell me the page is not there and no ad loads. But I have no problem with sears when I change my zip code. Well i/2 isn’t bad and I’m grateful. Thank you 🙂

I get an error message when I click on the Sears link, but Kmart works fine. Is this happening to anyone else?
I’m having a problem with Sears too. It’s asking me to Verify Member Number but won’t let me click the verify button.
Try changing store location. Or, make sure you are logged in.
I got it now! My account Sears account had my old address. Once I updated my address and location it worked 🙂

If you are in your phone, just scroll all the way down the menu tab and load the “view desktop site”. That works for me. HTH

If I have a banner at the top that says I have $5.00 in surprise points…can I use those at Kmart or Sears? I have added something to my cart from Kmart but its not giving me the option to redeem that 5.00 at check-out.
Jessica, log into SYW account, click your balance at the top, and then you will see “surprise points”, click it and it will tell you where you need to use them. I thought you could use them at either store, but CS told me they had to be used at that specific store. So you can’t use Kmart surprise points at Sears and vice versa! HTH!
Darn…these are just for Sears. I don’t want to pay shipping and our Sears just closed 🙁 Thank you for your help though!
I was able to place an order through sears.com and bc my local kmart had it I was able to pick it up there and still used my Sears bonus points.
Is it off any purchase, or does it have a minimum? My banner says $20 in Surprise points , but it’s $10 when I make a $15 or more purchase at Kmart, $3.00 on a $15 or more grocery purchase at Kmart and $7 when I make a $20 clothing purchase at Sears.
Click the shopping bag next to your name on the shopyourway site, then “See All” when the tab opens to see your Surprise points.
