If you signed up for the FREE Sears Mystery Award Card I posted about here, be sure to check your inbox as it should have arrived this morning and will have a value of at least $5 (possibly $10-$15!)! Look for an email titled “eAward Card to Thank You for your Sears.com Purchase” from sears@value.sears.com containing your unique eAward and Pin numbers. To redeem your gift card, just enter the numbers online at checkout or print the email and take it to any Sears store. Awesome!

I dont understand why customer service cant help me to change the color of the dress I just placed order a few minutes ago. They want me to place new order n return the wrong one, which they wont refund for the shipping charge for sure. If i place new order, i gotta use my credit card while the wrong one i paid by gift card.
