Got mine’s at target yesterday with the red card. My boys and i thoroughly enjoyed this movie. We literally watched it all weekend (friend let us borrow). It was higher than my price point for movies but i picked it up knowing we will get our money’s worth.
Lol dh got tired of listening to the music and our singing.
LOL my daughter and I can’t help but burst into song after this movie! DH and DS are SO over it! lol
Plus on Amazon they have a movie cash promo for some of those titles.
I went to Target today and got the Tinkerbell Pirate Fairy the sign said $13 but it rang up for 24.99 I told them so they checked and said they would honor it but that it was a price mistake. So might not wanna wait to long to get these they might be changing the price back
I was going to buy the same movie, but there was no sign on it so I scanned it and it was $24.99. I should have price matched online, but maybe I will just buy it online.
Same here 🙁
That’s odd. It was marked (and rang up) $13 at my Target here in Columbus, OH. I was surprised that one was included since it is so new.
Before I could complete my order at Target.com, Peter Pan and Tangled were out of stock, but managed to get The Little Mermaid and The Jungle Book.
Thank you so much Collin!! I looked in our Target here and the price for the Collector’s edition was not reduced. Just ordered online for the $13 plus I used my Target card and saved 5% and had a $5 gift card. Love those savings!! Have a happy Easter!!! 🙂
peter pan is not available on line 🙁
Thanks! Ordered from Target.com and got 5% off and free shipping. Saved me a trip to the store 🙂
Not sure whether your kids would enjoy Frozen or not. Check out my blog. My daughter, nieces, and nephews enjoy this Disney movie. https://movies.squidoo.com/frozen-disney-puts-sisters-before-misters
I really liked your review, thank you! I also like the message it’s sending and look forward to getting this for my daughters.
Hi Colin! Just want to let you know I just purchased monsters university DVD for $13 (free shipping for prime members) on amazon.com….. Saves me the trip to target! Loved your target video by the way…..hope you are feeling better!
it won’t let me get any of them. It keeps emptying my cart when I check out. I give up
I bought Frozen,Planes, and Monsters University at Target yesterday all for $13.00. The collection blueray ones were the same price as the dvd’s!
There are also other movies priced the same.
In reading some other posts it seems some of you had a difference of price for the pirate fairy. Our target had it marked for 13.00 .
Thanks Colin, what great prices!
I don’t understand. How come some Target stores are selling same item for $13, and ours in Orem, Utah is NOT? And that they can’t price match the EXACT SAME ITEM in their store as online??? That is completely unfair. Customer Service ( a young girl who didn’t seem very experience, as she had to keep asking her manager) kept telling me sorry, sorry, sorry, can’t price match online, get a red card for free shipping, 5%, blah, blah, blah. This really frustrates me as I only have cash, no card available, bad credit and yet I wanted to get this for my daughter for Easter……which I’m sure it wouldn’t arrive anyway before then. 🙁 I know this isn’t end of the world type thing……material stuff is crap compared to health and family. But companies are just looking out for money. I never liked shopping at Target before anyway.
Target does price match their online prices, as well as other retailers’ online prices. You must’ve had an inexperienced cashier bc it is their policy to match prices.
It is $13 at the District Target in South Jordan. And yes, it is their policy to price match. Next time ask to talk to someone else. Also, the red card debit card isn’t a credit card, it’s a debit card that comes out of your regular checking acct, so it doesn’t even pull your credit and you still get the perks of a red card so that might be another option to look into for the future.
Thank you everyone!!!!!! I called again and they said yes! I must have gotten a newbie. $10.89 total with a coupon!!!! 🙂 thx so much!
Yahoo! Saved me a trip! Amazon prime rocks! Frozen is such a cute movie even for adults 😉 Thanks Collin!
For those buying Frozen at Target…there were $3 peelie q’s off the Mama Mia pizzas sold at Walmart. Might be something to look into and get the bluray for $10 😉
The Frozen blue ray was $27.99 at my target today- only the DVDs were $13. I wonder if they changed the prices or if it the blue ray is only on sale for $13 at select targets. I also checked the pirate fairy Blu ray and it was $24.99.
At my Target here in Columbus, OH the blu-rays were all $13 and the DVD only was $10.
I went in the morning to get frozen at target and it was $27.99 I’m going back so they can price match the amazon price and buy my two bags of carrots they are 2 for $3 at target for $5 rebate – thanks!!
don’t forget you can use the digital coupon on veggies to save money on the carrots too!!
I just got my Blue ray + DVD + digital copy Frozen Collectors edition in store at Target for $13 – $3 coupon = $10. The sign on the collectors edition was full price but I price checked and it was $13.
Plus – Here is a huge tip! Go to the peeled apples in the produce section. Dig through the bags for a $3 off Frozen peelie. I found one digging through them all. Thanks for the tip fellow hip2saver!
Thanks for the tip, I’ll go and look for the frozen peelie.
You can still get Tangled – I did anyway, the widescreen version. It said it was gone but I clicked the pick up in store button and it appeared in my cart and let me pay.
Regular DVD is showing $13 but the combo pack is $15.79
Collin & team thanks so much for these awesome target deals this week!!! Just got home & still on my coupon high, so much savings!!! First time in a long time that thy have had everything on my list, no coupon issues & great gal at register.
I have a question: I bought the Frozen Blue Ray Collector Edt.as pictured (had to price match off Target.com at register) and got home & looked at UPC # and the last few numbers on my DVD do not match the one the rebate form accepts. Should I go back & exchange it for the right UPC or do you think they will accept it & send rebate?
Thanks! I got The Jungle Book & used gift cards. I only paid $3.45 for it!
its not thirteen dollars anymore its 15.79 now frozen on amzon
Our target in Las Vegas, NV, had signs saying $13 Blu Ray, but when I went to ring up it was $27.99. They gave it to me, and the Mary Poppins blu ray that rang up for $30, but had a $13 sign as well, for $13. So it sounds like there is some confusion between the stores about this deal.
Also, price has gone up on Amazon.
They will price match the target.com price of $ 13. At target customer service desk . Just did it and got $3 off too with peelie from sliced apples which cost $1 and bought two carrot bags for $2.04 for which I can get a $5 rebate. I also bought 2 boxes of strawberries for $3 so that I can use the mobile coupon for $2 off of $5 fruit/vegetables RECIPE code.
Now $19.96 on amazon
At my Target in western PA, Frozen DVD/blu-ray combos as well as just the DVDs were marked $13 in the back by the electronics and other movies. On my way to check out, I checked the price on one of their price check scanners and it rang up $27.99 (like others have said). I stopped an associate, she scanned it on her personal scanner and got the same higher price. We walked back to electronics, I showed her the sale signs and she said to tell the cashier it should be $13. On my way to the checkout, I walked past another set up of the movies near the registers, and none if them were marked $13; they were all higher. Luckily my cashier was great and easily gave me the $13 price, but I am glad I double checked the price in the back of the store.
Target store will match the online price (target.com). This is what we did, got Frozen DVD/blu-ray today for $13.00. We did this at the customer service counter.
Walmart price matched. It is closer than my Target so ran there.
So with the Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy… I’m getting 2 DVDs one Blu-Ray & one normal of the same movie?
And what exactly is the digital copy?
Thanks!
I think it’s a code you use somehow that enables you to play it on all your mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, etc.)
No longer available Blu-ray back to $27.99
Still marked down at my Target in Bay Area, CA – although they are not ringing up for $13, I had to have an associate walk to the front with me from electronics and she had the cashier adjust the price. So I kind of have a feeling this is a pricing error and they are slowly discovering it and taking down the signs.
I can’t find this price anymore in store or online for the blu ray combo pack.
Only the regular DVD for sale now but asked at service desk and the honored the 13 for the collectors edition plus a $3 off coupon plus $5 rebate!!!
It is marked back up at my Target as well but Cartwheels added a 25% off today. I did buy one the other day for $13 and I was going to buy another one today but when I scanned it the price was $29, not $13. I wonder if I bring my receipt in of they will price adjust it to get the extra 25% off?
Does anyone have the Digital HD Code they are not using?
