This will make a fun “basket” for my 5yo son. He loves building related things and has wanted his own tool bag. Best part it was free with my points 🙂

That’s the bag I use for my coupons. I have a plastic container that fits on the inside, 9.75″ x 4.5″, that holds all my marked envelops filled with coupons. I too got it last year for free with points.

I used one like this to carry my cake decorating supplies back and forth to the Wilton classes. All of the pockets inside were perfect for my many tiny pieces!

I scored 2 of these bags for $.70 with my husbands account with his Sears card worth $10. I also got 5 onsies and 2 pairs of leggings that were half off for our daughter with $7 in surprise points and my secret Sears card was worth $15! I also used the code fashion1 to get an additional 15% off! Thank you Colin!

I got this for my son during Christmas sales last year (it was $3.99) and I will have to say – it’s a surprisingly outstanding and sturdy bag. We all use it.

  19. Christy

Thanks!! Free with reward points! Now I have a place to put all my husbands tools laying around.

Question, I know I can’t use a couple of my $5 coupons on this because it’s clearance, but how can I get the most bang for my rewards points? I have 27,000 points and 2 different $5 “Rewards” coupons, and then 2 different $5 off Shop your way coupons, plus a 10 off 20 or more coupon…….I can only use 2 codes per purchase right? I will do in-store pickup, but don’t want to pay anything if possible…….do I have to pay the tax with my own money or can I use my 27.000 points towards tax? Any help would be awesome as I’ve never purchased online from Sears before and never used points or coupons with t hem before. Thank you!

Oh, I meant to say I want to get my boys some shorts for the summer that are not on clearance. so how can I use all the above to the best? In different separate transactions?

  21. Susie

Thank you for posting this! I ordered 10 as Christmas gifts for all the guys that I work with. I ordered through Discover and will get 10% back, which is like getting 1 for free…also signed up for the Sears points…so got $2.50 in points back for that. 🙂 Happy girl here.

Just a heads up.Someone told me here that if I used my surprise points on a $40 purchase that I would still get the bonus $5 on April 20th.They were wrong. The total has to be $40 AFTER all coupons, and surprise points or you don’t get it. :O(

I also had $5 surprise points off a tool purchase that expired today finished checking out and paid $0…Love Hip2Save!
