Maybe an Avon rep can chime in here – but I believe Avon reps do not get commission unless the order is over $40? At least that’s how it used to be. So all these small orders won’t help whomever you are purchasing from. They’ll only help Avon. Just an F.Y.I. feel free to correct me if I’m wrong about that. Thanks!
For me I only sell online. I no longer sell directly. I receive 40% of each sale because I am in President’s Club. If you are not in President’s Club your amount is considerably lower. 20% – 25%. To reach President;s Club your sales must be at a certain level. With me only selling online I have a feeling I will not reach it this year…which is fine, but that is why I do my best to reach as many people online as possible. 🙂

I believe that is for direct (door-to-door sales). It does depend which level of earrings the rep you buy is at.
Honestly ladies….I appreciate all orders….big or small. The small orders do help me and I know the other representative appreciate them.

The small orders from our website do help us. We earn commission off of all direct delivery orders placed through our website. It is only the orders that we place to be shipped to us for personal delivery that have a minimum amount required for us to earn commission. We appreciate any and all orders! Happy Shopping! 🙂

I agree, I do appreciate all orders, no matter the size. Even if a rep is not in President’s Club or above and receiving a higher commission, these orders can help to achieve that number needed to reach club status. Every little helps! 🙂

I was just able to confirm that Avon reps do not make any commission unless the order is $50 or more than they make 20%. So keep that in mind. Orders of $49.99 or less and the Avon rep will not make any comission on that sale. 🙁
This is only true for Campaign orders placed BY an Avon Rep through the representative website (which also includes for opportunity to order books, supplies, and demo items at additional discounts). As an Avon Rep, I make sure that these types of orders I make are >$50 so I do get the commission and one order of this type serves several customers that I deliver to personally. However, direct delivery orders that others make using my link automatically get 20% commission and possibly more depending on the total of recent cumulative sales.

Oh, sorry…Avon Reps get a portion of each order no matter how big or small an order your place. When it’s free shipping I have had a customer place 3 or 4 orders of $0.97. I still received 40% of each order. I say do whatever works for you. 🙂
If that’s true, that’s kind of awful! Their stuff is so inexpensive, I don’t think I’ve ever placed an order over $40 from anyone.
