Not for 13.00 at my store. Maybe they fixed the price. 13.00 for regular DVD for me.
Just a heads up the blu ray is $19.99, apparently there was a signing error when I went in and they honored it but it looks like they fixed it. Now online it says $19.99 and in store its only the regular dvd that’s $13.

My Target did not have these on sale for $13. Did anyone else have this problem? I think they might have had all the blu-rays on sale at the beginning of the week, but then they took down all the signs and changed the price. That is what happened on my Catching Fire Blu-ray. It was marked 13 and when I checked my receipt I was charged the full price. I went back and took a picture of the sign and then went back to CS and got a price adjustment. The next day I went back into Target and the sign that said it was 13 was down.
They are $13 in the ad and that’s for the reg. DVD. They did the price adjustment for me a few days ago, but all of the above comments are correct….over $19 at target.com and on Amazon.
I just updated the post since it sounds like no one has been able to find the Collector’s Edition on sale for $13 at their local Target store in the last few days. Thanks for all the comments.
I actually was able to buy the collectors edition last night at my Target for $13. I was so excited. The sign said $29.99 but it rang up for $13. I’m in Wisconsin.

Yesterday went to 2 Target stores, this blue ray is full price $27.99
I price checked the Collector’s Edition at my Target yesterday and it was full price at $27.99. Sigh.
Guess I was one of the lucky few who did get the combo pack for $13.00. Right after I read your post, I grabbed my receipt & was relieved that I got the sale price. Bought it on the first day of the sale, Sunday 4/13. This was in NJ.

I got mine’s for $13 on monday…signs were everywhere. So what happened, it was a ad/price mistake?
That’s what the manager said, that there was a signing error. It rang up full price but they adjusted it because of the sign but by that afternoon all the signs had been pulled so if you got it (and the other blurays) for $13 consider yourself lucky! Our signs have been down since Monday afternoon.
It must have been. I was there on Tuesday morning and someone was taking down all the signs 🙁 just missed out on it !
I called Target on Tuesday, and the lady told me it was a mistake for Frozen Blu-ray to be $13.00. (I was wanting to do a price adjustment since I had purchased the movie recently for a gift.) She told me if the price was still $13.00 on Target’s website, I could get a price adjustment. The price was still listed for $13.00; so, I received $10.82 back and turned around and purchased Frozen again by price matching Target’s website. I paid $10.78 after price matching and using a $3 off peelie I found at the grocery store! It’s now $19.99 on Target’s website.
Does anyone know where to get the Bolthouse farms carrots for the Frozen rebate?

I don’t think so. I am looking at the rebate form I found online and it says “Cash register receipt(s)”.
That means you can purchase them separately or together. One receipt or two receipts.
No just submit both receipts if purchased separately.
I bought mine at Target this week. The package is specially marked with the Frozen rebate on it. I used the $1 off $1 or more vegetable mobile coupons (spring and thanks). They ended up being 0.19 each!
My question is… I bought Frozen collector’s edition on Tuesday for$13. Can I get a price adjustment with this 25% Cartwheel coupon if I go to Target today? I know they take coupons that I forgot to use a few days after buying the items. But I never tried with Cartwheel coupons.
Probably not. Looks like the Collectors Edition price was an error at $13 a few days ago. If you were able to receive it for $13, count yourself lucky :). The price is now $19.99 or so before the Cartwheel deal.

Also, I purchased the baby cut carrots at my target yesterday and there was a $5 rebate on frozen DVD when you buy two of the carrots and the DVD.
Nice. I found the blu ray combo ringing up at 13 so I bought 2 and I had 2 three dollar coupons :):):) great for future presents..and if ur right im fixing to get a couple packages of carrots for the Easter bunny 😉 and get my rebate! !
I was really disappointed, I was waiting for my husband to get paid before buy the $13.00 Combo packs, but I didn’t get there in time. :/
Don’t be too disappointed:) one thing I have learned is that there is always a better deal around the corner. I didn’t do this deal but I did the toys r us deal a few weeks ago. I’m hoping the next deal is even cheaper for your sake:)

Yes, take it to customer service & they’ll match it at 19.99. Then if you do the 25% cartwheels coupon it makes it $14.99. That’s what I did today.

There’s also a $5 rebate if you purchase 2 Kid Fresh frozen meals. And if you purchase 3 specially marked boxes of Kellogg’s fruit snacks you get a $5 coupon. Did the deal with my coupon and it was $9.25. Now I’m going to do both rebates and it will be a .75 moneymaker!

I saw $13 sign for blu ray Frozen and I checked the price on the self price scanner to double check and it said $27.99 so I took the sign with me and showed it up front to cashier and she even scanned the sign that said $13 and it still came up $27.99. After she adjusted I used cartwheel for additional 25% off 🙂 I am one happy shopper.

My store had it for 27.99 as well, but they will price match the 19.99 target online price. Just take the CD to customer service and they will look it up and match. Then use carthwheel for extra 25% off. I had no problems doing that today.
It was $27.99 in store, but I asked if they could match the online price ($19.99) , and they did. Wish I knew about the 25% off cartwheel ;-/

I think I may go return mine for $20.99 which is what I paid after the cartwheel and then rebuy it matching the $19.99 online price and applying the cartwheel….. My niece really wants this for her birthday!
