Thanks, got it! I also checked my account and I had a $15 discount for a shoe purchase of $30. I combined this with the B1G50% at Sears (Kmart is even better this week but the points were exclusively for Sears) plus the surprise points and I got my family 4 pairs of shoes for $13 out of pocket! Thank you Collin, I would never check my SYWR account this frequently if it wasnt for you!

Kmart gave me $8 again! They hooked me up last week with $8 so I bought the Kmart gc for $25, got the $5 reward & $2 in points then turned around & used the gc to purchase 3 6-ct packages of Viva’s & used the gc to pay the $4.03 balance. Plus Kmart is offering $5 off a $10 purchase For the Home & Sears is offering $10 off $25 purchase in my SYWR account.

I keep getting surprise points yesterday and today in emails but they are not showing up…
I noticed that on Sears if you don’t see the banner it may be that your closest local Sears is a Hometown Sears. I ended up having to change my local Sears to a larger one at the Mall and then the banner popped up.
I got $15 in surprise points redeemable at Sears! I am having trouble logging in this morning but going to keep trying!

I rarely shop at Kmart. I have to drive by a Publix, Target, Walmart, CVS and a Walgreens to get to my Kmart. I see all the comments about earning surprise points. I have never been given such a surprise. Is it possible that I don’t ever receive them because I rarely shop there. I am signed up to receive emails with my shop your way rewards? TIA

I hardly ever go to KMart, but I decided to take advantage of the B1G1for $1 shoe sale on Monday. I bought four pairs of sandals, and when I got to the register, I somehow had $10 in points, so I got all four pairs (reg. $16.99, 16.99, 16.99, and 9.99) for $28. Score!
When you want to purchase something can you combine surprise points and local ad points?

I believe you can combine them, but keep in mind that surprise points can only be used at that specific store. So, if you are using these local ad points at Sears, and your surprise points are for Kmart, that won’t work.

Actually that information is wrong. I got surprise points the other day and I had 2000 points from Searslocalad and I was able to use both at my Kmart.
Were your surprise points for Kmart? I was told that surprise points had to be used at that specific store. So, if you had Kmart surprise points, yes you can use local ad points also. But, if your surprise points were for Sears, I don’t know how you can use them at Kmart!?!
Just to keep you all in the loop……. I called customer service about my question yesterday and she said she never heard of local ad points so she couldn’t help. Funny and sad.
Hmm…Just checked my email and got this message…You have 25,000 points ($25) to spend when you make a Footwear purchase of $399 or more. WHAT?? Yeah Im going to place an order for $400 worth of shoes!
I got a mail from Kmart saying , “Get $10 in points
(10,000 points) to redeem when you shop online or in store at Sears or Kmart”. I made an online purchase but I didn’t get any points. Anybody had the same problem
Did you use local ad points or surprise points? I don’t think you get the bonus when you use them. Their # is 1-800-991-8708. Maybe they can give you more info.

Where do you go on your SYWR account to see the special discounts? I’ve managed to view the surprise points by doing a search on that but didn’t know if I have some other special deals hiding somewhere.
At the top right, click your points. Then, under your total points, you will see points that are expiring and “surprise points”, click that!
i just went through the rigamoro of signing in and applying my points at the end and it says they aren’t valid on my purchase. This has to be the most complicated loyalty program I have ever seen. Took 15 minutes to get all signed in and typing in my code and password and email. (and I already have an account!!) This discourages me from using sears and kmart.com Am I alone?
Signing in with my existing account always works for me. Did you use your existing account or sign up for a new account?

I was able to get 2 long sleeves shirts for my son for the cold days and a hat 2.99 each item used the $8 and paid 1.05 using paypal from ibotta. Being getting so much stuff for almost free. Today I went to sears to pick up 2 cute shirts using the gifts cards free reg. 32.00 got them on clearance 4.99. Love it.
