   THANK YOU so much! Yesterday I accidentally put in my kitty’s birthday (dumb, I know), so they thought I was a kid on the internet, and they wouldn’t accept it no matter how many times I tried to correct the birthdate. SO happy!

   Idea: After it occurred to me that just having a name isn’t going to help the finder get the pet back to us, I ordered with my phone # on it instead.

   Won’t work for me. Keeps saying “corrections needed” but won’t tell me what the correction is. I don’t see any problems with the info. 🙁

  you have to check the box at the top to take the pledge, I was having trouble too, but finally found that and it went through just fine.

  I also was having the “correction needed” problem. It was asking me to verify my pet’s name, but not giving any explanation on how to do that. I finally put in my other cat’s name and it went through without a problem.
