Looking for a quick breakfast idea that’s easy enough for kids (and/or husbands who do not spend much time in the kitchen!) to make for Mother’s Day? Try these easy and delicious Nutella Crescents! The middle comes out of the oven gooey and oh so yummy!! Pair these with a hot cup of coffee or tea and you’ve made a mom happy! 🙂
8 teaspoons Nutella or hazelnut spread
1 can Crescent rolls (8 count)
2 Tablespoons cinnamon & sugar (optional)
Directions: Open can of crescent rolls and separate the 8 triangle dough pieces. Spread a teaspoon of Nutella on each triangle, and roll it up starting with the wide end. Bake at 375 degrees on a baking sheet for about 11-13 minutes until lightly brown. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top if desired.
You can also cut the dough triangles in half and make 16 mini crescent treats if you prefer! I have made these rolls for family brunches and they are always a big hit! Enjoy and Happy Mother’s Day!!
