Check out this great tip, Hipster Ketra, left on the last post…
If you are planning a Summer vacation, order a book for your destination. We do this every year and it is great to get two for one deals while on vacation on food and entrance fees. It also gives you ideas of where to visit in your destination city. There are also national coupons that you can use in your own city (McDonalds, JoAnns, Michaels, etc…). If you use two coupons you get your money back from buying the book.[/h2s_box]
Each Entertainment Book comes filled with money saving coupons featuring local restaurants, entertainment and retail spots, grocery stores, and lots more! Consider snagging this deal for an upcoming vacation or giving one as a gift for a new neighbor, friend, or family member!
My son is traveling for an internship this summer to Oahu, Hawaii. Anyone out there that uses this site? If not, anyone know of how he can get discounts on food, gas, items that he might need when in Hawaii? If so, email me at: momonthego@comcast.net. Thanks!
What a great idea about ordering in advance for the vacation destination. Just ordered one foe Hawaii!
Where in Hawaii are you heading?
Honolulu in Aug.
Love these books for local & vacation destinations! I also give them as gifts to our new young military families when they arrive. Helps them to get out & explore the city, without costing a fortune.
I haven’t had a good experience with these books. I bought one a few years ago for our vacation destination and several of the businesses denied the coupons. They said that Entertainment Book prints coupons in their book without permission from the business owners.
We have not had the coupons refused but the book for our area has very limited use for us without driving 20 plus miles which negates the discount. Also just because you see that there are coupons for your favorite restaurant often they are only good at a few off the beaten path locations.
I have used the buffalo location book (purchase on Black Friday $21) for many years and have never had an issue .. Although I am disappointed that the dicks sporting goods coupons were not in the 2014 edition ..it was $45 worth of coupons and one of the main reasons I purchase .. I still get my money back after using just a few coupons ..
remember when the buffalo entertainment books had coupons for Tops groceries? so sweet…
We also buy these to use on vacation to save money, but when we’re done we them, before leaving, we pass them on to someone else to use.
