    This site is ridiculous! Every time I add my created card to my cart it says that my session has expired, I log back in and the same thing happens. Super Frustrating!

    I agree what company out there even really cares if their free offers r having issues? Normally they throw up a generic “due to high traffic…..” But to respond to each person by name? Even if it is a bot (which I doubt) that’s impressive to me!

      Our website issues have been (mostly) resolved as of this morning. If you saved your project, you might not be able to add it to the cart or edit it. I’d recommend clearing your browser’s cookies or using a different browser, if possible, and starting your project from scratch. I hope it works out for you!

        Stephanie, I am also having the problem with the saved project as you mentioned. When I try to add the saved project to my cart, it pops up a different card. The bigger problem is, in the photo stream at the top where it says “Personalize Your Card”, I see hundreds of other people’s pictures, none of them mine. Why am I seeing everyone else’s photos under my account?

    Anyone having better luck today?
    I was finally able to create a card, while I was trying to add it to my cart, it changed to someone else’s! The same card I chose, but with a different family in the pics! I’m so annoyed! I thought I was going to get lucky today!
    I hope no one is getting my family printed on their card! I feel a little scared knowing my pictures will be popping up in other peoples accounts! 🙁

      That was the reply I was trying to make above. When I go to order the card, I get a different card, and the photo stream is hundreds of other people’s pictures. And they’re not sample pictures, either; they’re obviously private pictures from other users that I had access to. I deleted all of my pictures from the website as a result and won’t be using them again.

        I was able to add my correct photo. With one card I was considering, though, beginning the personalize step brought up the wrong card template to customize.

    The problem I was experiencing was that one or both of the sides (front and center) of the card keep reverting back to the uncustomized generic template. At first when I tried saving the card, my changes showed up, but only on one side at a time, not both. I’ve finally gotten both pages of the saved card to store my photo and greetings, so now they show up on the order confirmation page.

    Until now I was seeing only a partly-customized card (either the inside or cover, but not both) on the order confirmation screen and when I would hit “edit” to re-do the “blank” page of the card (completed, yet still showing “your greeting here”, etc.) I thought I could not get back to both pages. In the editing function it would only show me one page of the card. It turns out that the front image of the card is being shown on the inside of the card’s edit page, too, but if you click, the text boxes that belong on the inside page of the card do show up, and when you say “accept changes”, they display with the correct background. Try saving the card first, before ordering, to make sure everything you entered is there.

    Ok so due to the overwhelming response the site was so slow and the company seemed to be addressing each complaint and now they’ve pulled the offer even though it was supposedly valid until 6/1?!?! What kind of crap is that? Fix the issues and honor the original freebie! If you didn’t want to give out so many free cards you shouldn’t have started this in the first place. So because I waited for the traffic to die down I get screwed. Awesome.
