It’s an in store promo w/ the tag stating such under the eligible products.
I went today and they were already picked over due to the coupon. The trial size freebie wasn’t with the products. It was on an endcap as an FYI, not in the travel/trial section.
I went target today, it 1.70oz will be free with big one , price at 5.99 each not the 3.99 one.
